Arc Warranty & Return Policies

60 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON ALL ARC STICKS

If your Arc stick is damaged due to a manufacturer defect or during delivery AND a claim is submitted within 60 days of the shipping date, Arc Hockey will provide a one-time replacement. To process your claim, Arc requires your original receipt from your purchase AND if the claim is being made based on shipping damage, pictures of the original packaging showing the damage along with pictures of the corresponding damage to the stick. Please keep your receipt for your records. Warranty claims without the required information will not be processed.

60 DAY LIMITED TRIAL RETURN POLICY

This Limited Trial Warranty adds additional conditions to the 60 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON ALL ARC STICKS shown above. During the month of January 2019 only, Arc will accept a return on any Arc stick sold during the month of January using the discount code TRY60 for any reason, no questions asked. Purchase must be made using the code and between January 1 and January 31, 2019. Customer responsible only for the cost of return shipping.
